ALL about what has been happening at Weirs Beach Village for the past few months. As you may know, Weirs Beach Village is a 85 home community located in Laconia, NH within walking distance to the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. We have
SOLD 37 houses, and four other homes are in pending status.
Phase I and Phase II are just about completed. We are in the middle of selling out Phase III, and road work has begun in Phase IV. The
BIG news in Phase III is that we have received permission from the City of Laconia to build a RANCH style home. Many visitors to Weirs Beach Village commented that they would live here
IF there were homes which had just
one story living...so the builder listened and the construction has begun. The first Ranch built is already under contract and due to close by the end of March. We have no doubt that once the summer crowd arrives and tours our newest models, they will sell quickly. The starting price on the Ranch is $229,900...two bedrooms, laundry room, two bathrooms, attached garage, front porch, and large basement space, some with walk-out basements.
